WELCOME TO ONE TO ONE
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

WHY TRAIN ONE TO ONE?
There are many reasons why one-to-one training might be the best path to becoming a confident and happy yoga teacher. However, more important than any reasons, is ensuring you feel a genuine connection with your trainer.
You know you are passionate about yoga, but unsure how to turn that into a confident teaching voice, or a sustainable path. Maybe you’ve seen teacher trainings that feel rushed, impersonal, or overly academic. You want more: guidance, connection, real-world support, and the kind of training that actually prepares you for life as a teacher.
This course was designed to be the bridge, from uncertainty to confidence, from passion to profession, from overwhelm to clarity.
That’s why I encourage you to carefully review the all different syllabuses available out there, see which teacher trainer resonates with you, consider what sort of yoga teacher you want to be and reach out to me with any questions.
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
This course is designed for aspiring yoga teachers who are looking for flexibility, personal support, and a training experience that fits into their lifestyle, not the other way around. Based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, with the option to travel within a 50-mile radius, this training meets you where you are, literally and figuratively.
This training is perfect for:
-
Anyone who wants to become a yoga teacher but can’t commit to rigid, pre-set course dates offered by traditional programmes.
-
Students ready to start immediately, with a consistent personal yoga practice and a desire to grow.
-
Busy individuals with family or work commitments who need a flexible schedule tailored to their life.
-
Anyone looking for a more personalised learning experience, where the training feels completely dedicated to their goals and needs.
-
Those who may not yet feel confident in a group setting, and would thrive in a one-to-one or small-group environment.
A Profession You Can Take Anywhere
One of the most beautiful aspects of becoming a yoga teacher is that your knowledge lives within you. It’s portable, personal, and powerful, allowing you to teach wherever life takes you.
Whether you dream of teaching local classes here in Eastbourne or across East Sussex, offering bespoke workshops, or guiding international retreats, your yoga teaching career can offer as much joy, growth, and calm as it does to those you guide.
Supporting others on their journey, just as you’ve been supported on yours, can be deeply rewarding, emotionally, spiritually, and professionally.
Yoga as Your Second Career?
For many, yoga teaching is a natural second profession. Maybe you’re a lawyer by day and yoga teacher by night, a parent balancing home life with personal development, or someone transitioning toward a more soul-aligned path.
Wherever you're starting from, this training draws from your life experience and integrates it with traditional yogic wisdom to enhance both your practice and your future teaching career.
Flexible, Personal, and Local
Based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, I’m happy to travel to students within a 50-mile radius, including Brighton, Hastings, Lewes, Worthing, Tunbridge Wells, and surrounding areas. Whether you prefer to learn in person or online, I offer flexible formats to suit your schedule and learning style.
Let’s create a training experience that works for you, not just your calendar.
