I specialise in bringing mindful movement and body awareness to Reformer Pilates.

Reformer Pilates offers a unique approach to working with the body, combining mindful breath and flow with precise strength and support. Each session builds stability, mobility, and muscle tone, helping you move with greater control and ease. This balanced practice cultivates both strength and flexibility, effort and softness, allowing you to feel more confident, connected, and free in your everyday movement.​​​​
