WELCOME TO
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

LucyKingYoga_WebRes-9.jpg

There's no single path to becoming a confident, qualified yoga teacher and that's exactly how it should be. Whether you flourish in intimate one-to-one mentorship or find your energy in learning alongside others, I offer two distinct training pathways, both built on the same foundation of deep knowledge, real-world preparation, and genuine personal support.

Both routes lead to the same accreditation. What differs is the experience of getting there.

TWO PATHS.

ONE DESTINATION.

ONE TO ONE TRAINING

Your Journey, Your Pace

Investment: £6,500

This is training built entirely around you. No fixed cohort dates to work around, no keeping pace with a group — just focused, dedicated time between you and me, shaped by your life, your learning style, and your goals.

This path is made for you if:

  • You can't commit to pre-set course dates or a fixed group timetable

  • You're ready to begin now, without waiting for the next intake

  • You have work, family, or other commitments that need a flexible schedule

  • You want every session to feel completely dedicated to your development

  • You'd prefer to build confidence in a private setting before stepping in front of a class

There's something quietly powerful about one-to-one training. Every session is yours. Every question gets answered fully. Every moment of uncertainty can be worked through without the pressure of a group dynamic. This is the training that meets you exactly where you are — literally and figuratively. I'm based in Eastbourne and happy to travel within a 50-mile radius, or we can work online if that suits you better.

GROUP TRAINING

Community, Connection & Shared Growth

Investment: £3000

There's a particular magic to learning alongside others who share your passion. Group training brings a collective energy that's hard to replicate — the laughter when someone attempts a new pose and wobbles, the quiet solidarity of a shared meditation, the confidence that comes from practising your teaching voice in front of real people from day one.

This path is made for you if:

  • You thrive in a community environment and draw energy from others

  • You want the experience of learning alongside fellow trainees

  • You're motivated by a shared schedule and group accountability

  • You're looking for a more accessible entry point to teacher training

  • You want to build friendships and a professional network from the very beginning

Group trainings run on set dates with a small, carefully curated cohort, large enough for rich learning, small enough that no one gets lost. You'll still receive close attention, personal feedback, and my full commitment to your growth. The difference is that you'll also be learning from each other.

WHAT BOTH PATHS INCLUDE

Whichever route you choose, you'll receive the same rigorous, heart-led syllabus, covering postures, pranayama, meditation, yin and restorative yoga, anatomy & physiology, philosophy, and the business of yoga. You'll graduate with the same accreditation, the same confidence, and the same two years of post-course mentoring from me.

Because this isn't just a course. It's the foundation for the teacher and the person you're becoming.
