Yoga Nidra

The power of Nidra is fascinating in how it creates a bridge between conscious awareness and the unconscious mind. This course offers emphasis on a student-centered approach to encourage confident and authentic teaching.

The course offers a thoughtful approach to teaching Yoga Nidra including scriptwriting and modern applications, providing students with a really well-rounded foundation.

At the end of the course, you will be confident in your delivery and understanding of the yoga nidra process and it's place in yoga classes.

Meditation

In the Ashtanga heritage of yoga, meditation is just one of the eight limbs that journeys us to enlightenment. But what does enlightenment mean in modern day living? We will enjoy group discussion to develop our answers. Meditation and unlike yoga

nidra, encourages the practitioner to stay aware and focused on the fluctuations of the mind and our role as teacher is to guide that process.

You will meet like-minded students in which you can share ideas, receive on going support and stay in contact via our dedicated what's-app group.

A comprehensive but relaxed approach to learning, the course and your assessment will provide you will accreditation from Yoga Alliance Professionals to contribute to your CPD learning or Self Development.
