This trip will be like no other, the height of the snow, temperatures of -30c, Alaskan huskies, yoga in the warmth of a wood covered cabin with breathtaking views, it will literally blow your mind.
Due to the location and the temperatures within the arctic circle, the nature of the trip and the need for flight connections, detailed information of what to wear, bring, and how to travel will be provided upon booking.
Prices includes
Four nights accommodation in a glass roof cabin in which you can watch the aurora Borealis from the comfort and warmth of your bed.
Four early evening classes of yoga with the warmth of under floor heating and floor to ceiling windows looking out to the most beautiful forest you can imagine.
The most delicious breakfast and dinner buffets are included for every day of your stay and take it from us, this is one of the best on site hotel restaurants we have experienced. Choose from smoked trout soup or elk entrecôte or vegetarian options and desert and coffee.
Lunch can be purchased on site but we believe you will be so full from your other meals you may not need it.
The break also includes daily arctic activities for which suitable snow suits will be provided for the duration of your stay. You will enjoy an evening of Aurora Hunting in a warm coach to the darkest of skies so the aurora can be clearly seen, if they join us, we recommend you bringing good cameras.

Your trip includes the most adorable opportunity to meet Huskies and pilot a sledge on a morning of low sun in the wilderness snow covered forest.
You will also enjoy the opportunity to meet Reindeer, ride in a sleigh and learn more about the arctic creatures who can withstand temperatures down to -50c.
Transfers to and from the local airport of Kitilia and included in the package.
The Northern Lights Village offers the opportunity to book sauna and hot tub facilities for 1-4 people at an extra cost of €100 which we highly recommend.
Accommodation
There are two accommodation options to really blow your socks off.
The aurora cabins and the aurora suites both providing a magical way to experience the star-filled wintry sky and the northern lights from the comfort of your bed. The laser heated glass roof presents to night sky directly above your bed.
All rooms have hot water en-suites, unlimited wi-fi, luxurious toiletries, electric fireplaces and underfloor heating, you will not be cold.
All cabins are suitable for solo travellers, with double or twin beds.
Twin Aurora Suites for solo travellers are £2400 for entire package which includes food, yoga, arctic activities & accommodation (ex. flights.)
Twin or Double Aurora Cabins are £3130 for entire package which includes food, yoga, arctic activities & accommodation (ex. flights.) SOLD OUT (SORRY)
The Aurora Suites also have the added benefit of an in cabin sauna, to truly enjoy the Finnish experience on a daily basis.

Typical Day in the arctic wilderness
08:00 a tasty buffet breakfast.
09:30 a Husky experience like you've never imagined.
12:30 snuggle in the warmth of your cabin/ read a book/ hire the sauna.
15:30 an hour (ish) yoga class to wind down and warm up from the day.
19:00 a delicious dinner in which the restaurant has a bar where non/alcoholic drinks can be bought.
Flights
We recommend the Finnish Airways flights from London Heathrow to Kitilia via Helsinki and we can advise in more details upon booking. You are welcome to make your own way to the hotel and join us on the 10th February 2025, should you wish.
Transfers to and from Kitilia airport and Northern Lights Village are included in the cost of the holiday.

Places are limited and so to reserve your space a deposit of £1100 per couple will be required.

Cancellation Policy
100% of your holiday costs will be refunded if you cancel 46+ days before arrival.
80% of your holiday costs will be refunded if you cancel between 31 and 45 days before arrival.
0% of your holiday costs will be refunded if you cancel 30 or less before arrival.
