WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR 

This course is for

  • everyone who would love to become a yoga teacher but can't commit to all of the set dates stipulated by other courses. 

  • everyone who would like to start training immediately and has a consistent yoga practice.

  • everyone who has family and work commitments and needs flexibility in their training schedule.

  • everyone who would like to feel that their training is dedicated just to them.

  • everyone who doesn't yet feel confident in a group setting.

The beauty of yoga as a profession is that your knowledge is always within you, allowing you to take it with you, where ever you go.

From teaching local classes, specialising in workshops or international retreats, your career can offer you as much joy, development and relaxation as to those you are leading.

Finding the delight in supporting others on their journey as you have been on yours can be immensely rewarding. 

​

You may even find that this is your second profession, lawyer by day and yoga teacher by night. Drawing knowledge and experience from both professions, to enhance each career.

 

SELF DEVELOPMENT 

Quite a few people enter into their Yoga teacher training, having not yet decided if they actually want to teach and that’s perfectly fine and a normal response. Instead, the idea of personal development may appeal more. 

You may just be keeping your options open.

During the training programme you may fluctuate between I will/ I won’t teach and that’s also normal.


As we learn one to one, we can discuss this many times as you progress. Whatever you decide, you will develop, you will gain more knowledge and you will build new skills. 

​

From my own training experience, I can assure you that this will be a transformative journey. You will discover things about yourself that you didn't know and I will mentor you through your journey, with catch-ups and check-ins during our modules.

Training in a one to one format can be intensive and as you learn, grow and transform, you will be sharing your experience with your family, friends and me. WHY STUDY 230 HOURS?

Being a confident yoga teacher takes practice, encouragement and trust in your own knowledge. 

This 230 hour program provides the extra hours on top of traditional courses with mentorship, self study time and thoroughly devised assessments to really dive into your learning and deepen your yoga knowledge and style.

Receiving feedback from students of the 200 hour course, although happy with their training, it was suggested that they perhaps didn't yet have the confidence to teach and a more in depth look at the syllabus and opportunities for practice classes at the heart of the training was required. By the time you get to your final assessment, you will have ample confidence to take your class as we will have prepared for this together.
